Capital Campaigns
Besides annual giving, many donors give to capital projects to help improve YMCA facilities and equipment. Capital campaigns are organized efforts to build a new facility or to make improvements at existing branches.

The YMCA in Sumner is expected to be 50,000-70,000 square feet with a community hub feeling to serve everyone in Sumner - children, teens, adults, families, and seniors. The facility is expected to open in 2013.
