Spring - Baseball
This is an excellent opportunity for full family involvement in a program that provides their children the opportunity to learn baseball skills and build team spirit. All of our Tee-ball and Coach pitch programs are coached by parent volunteers. No coaching experience is needed as the YMCA provides assistance and training for parent volunteers.
Children will receive their team hat, shirt,
and an award at the end of the season.

Tee Ball (coed) 
Age: Kindergarten-2nd

Coach Pitch Baseball (coed)
Age: 2nd–4th Grade
Date: April, 9 week session

Summer - Outdoor Soccer (coed)
Children receive a team shirt and an award at the end of the season. This program is an excellent opportunity for children to learn soccer fundamentals and the rules of the game, and to have fun playing against each other in a safe and non-competitive environment.

Fall - Indoor Soccer
This is an excellent program for children to learn soccer fundamentals, or improve his or her current level of play in a non-competitive environment. Players will learn and develop skills through maximum ball contact, positive instruction, and small-sided games.

Winter - Basketball
Each child receives a team shirt and an end of the season award. Players will learn and develop basketball skills with the focus on dribbling, passing, shooting and having fun in a positive environment. YMCA staff does the coaching, however parents are both needed and welcome to help out.

Butokukan Karate (Ages 7 and older)
Butokukan Karate comes from some of the fluid movements of the (conventional) Chinese styles, softening the traditional hard style from Okinawa. With stretching and warm-up exercises, you will learn self-defense as well as Kata (form). Participants will also focus on the Karate emphasis of breath control, correct posture and balance.

FITNESS  

Fit Kids
Fit Kids is a 45-minute fitness class with a wide variety of structured games and exercise workouts. Join us for circuit training, aerobics, stretching, capture the flag, kick-ball and more.

Goju-Ryu Class (Ages 6 through Adult)
In this class, participants will learn a wide variety of traditional Japanese exercises of karate and physical fitness. Karate emphasizes balance, breath control, correct posture, plus visual and mental concentration. With stretching and warm-up exercises, participants will learn Kata (form) postures, Kata Bunkae (which describes the actual application of the technique practiced in the Kata), Yakusoku Kumite (pre-arranged sparring) and Jiyu-Kumite (free sparing).

Hapkido (Ages 8 and over)
This martial arts class is led by Lonnie Abad, 3rd Degree Black Belt, and Frank Cruz, 1st Degree Black Belt. This Korean martial arts class teaches self-defense, using kicking, throwing and joint-lock moves.
