Youth Fitness Training

A two phase program designed to teach youth ages 11-14 the health benefits of exercise. Each phase 1 training session is limited to 15 youth. All registration paperwork must be completed 24 hours in advance. In consideration of all participants and instructor, please be sure to arrive by designated start time; late arrivals will not be permitted to attend. Upon completion of each phase of training, youth will be required to pass a written or verbal exam and a practical test to demonstrate their understanding of proper use of fitness equipment. Completion of course gains a color coded wrist band, which gives access to color designated equipment and area of the second floor.

Upstairs Track and Exercise Machines

Ages 11 to 14 are allowed access to the second floor upon completion of the Youth Fitness Training. Complete a registration form and sign up at the Welcome Center for the next available class.

Adult Aerobics

Ages 11 to 15 years are allowed with the discretion of the YMCA instructor.
