Water Activities
Adult Swim Lessons
Participants learn swimming skills or water fitness at an individual pace.Deep Water Aerobics
Exercises take place in the main pool where a flotation belt is worn to create resistance for a low impact cardio and muscle toning workout.
Lap Swim
Pool lanes are open to all members to swim laps. Children under 15 are welcome in the lap lanes upon completion of a swim test and a discussion of lap lane rules and etiquette.
Modified Water Aerobics
This class incorporates range of motion, mild strength building exercises, stretching, swimming, and camaraderie. Great for those with limited mobility or recovering from surgery.
Private Swimming Lessons
Private and semi-private swimming lessons are available for an additional fee.Shallow Water Aerobics
Exercises take place in our zeroentry instructional pool where feet remain on the bottom of the pool at all times. Great for those with limited mobility.Water Walking
This class is a self-paced class with no instructor. Pool space is provided in the instructional pool for walking.
Water Yoga
This one-hour class offered once per week, and is designed to stretch and relax the muscles as well as improve flexibility in an aquatic environment, which assists in maintaining balance.Water Zumba
Jump into this fun, choreographed workout to Latin style music, like that done on the gym floor, but done in the pool!
