Abe Lupkin comes to the YMCA with a diverse background in high school and collegiate sports, both as a player and as coach. He has focused on strength and conditioning, speed and agility, and helping people reach their full physical potential. Since 2006 he has been assistant baseball coach at Olympic College, and is the head baseball coach for the Tumwater Brewers college summer baseball team. At the YMCA, he works in the weight room and is one the Boot Camp Instructors. The saying, “Do what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life” is completely true for Abe.

Do you need a change? Are you ready to make an investment in yourself? I couldn’t be happier to help you reach your fitness goals. I currently teach boot camps, a women’s power circuit and youth fitness. I have experience making workout programs for all age groups. On my own time, I enjoy a variety of physical activities. I love trying and learning new exercises, but my true passion is in the weight room. As a working mother of four, I understand that life gets hectic and that sometimes it just takes someone to help get you on track. I will be that person! I will motivate you to find the dedication, discipline and determination to stick with healthy lifestyle choices. I believe that there are no limits but the ones we place on ourselves. As your trainer, I will work along side you, providing creative, challenging and functional workouts. Together we will achieve and surpass your fitness limits.
