Group indoor cycling is the ultimate non-stop, non-impacting cardiovascular challenge. You’ll simulate riding flat roads, pedaling into a head wind, climbing hills or sprinting down a hill. Because you control your resistance, exercisers of all fitness levels can participate. You must be pre-fitted to the bikes. Please bring water and a towel to class. Limited number of bikes available. Functional Fun
