Come have FUN-become more fit and gain confidence, strength, and balance. We'll use weights, elastic resistance, dowels, and chair, if needed. No mats or floor work.
gentle Yoga
An emphasis on traditional poses. Focus is on balance, flexibility, and breathing.
Zumba Gold
Designed for low impact and good for active older adults, with 15 minutes of muscle toning.
SilverSneakers® Muscular Strength and Range of Movement (MSROM)
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
